All the participants and registered members have to inform at EMODE EDUCATION, at least of two working days (48 hours) prior to the official date of a Live Course session/online webinar, if they wished to cancel/withdraw their attendance to a live Webinar. The cancellation will be granted by issuing a letter of credit towards a future event, valid up to minimum one year from the date of issuance. Please note that the EMODE EDUCATION, will not be able to payback any claim if the participant could not be able to withdraw his /her registration to the particular webinar or could not attend live webinars/sessions due to unavoidable causes, within the above-mentioned designated time.
Alternatively, the participants can apply for the compensation in the following ways: (a) The participant can submit the written request to attend any upcoming webinar/session which will be having equivalent tag with the missed one. “OR” (b) The participant can apply for the access of recordings of the missed webinar, once it is finished. (The recording is out there subsequent day and to be accessed for 30 days after the webinar has concluded.)
Note: www.emodeeducation.com won't be responsible for any penalties or other expenditure incurred thanks to the cancellation. www.emodeeducation.com reserves the proper to cancel or reschedule any live webinar/Online training thanks to insufficient registrations, Instructor Illness, or force-majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc.).
In such circumstances the attendees are going to be notified 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the webinar/ event. The participants can apply for the compensation in the following ways:
(a) The participant can submit the written request to attend any upcoming webinar/session which will be having equivalent tag with the missed one.
“OR” (b) The participant can apply for the access of recordings of the missed webinar, once it is finished. (The recording is out there subsequent day and to be accessed for 30 days after the webinar has concluded.
